It’s Passover. As Christians we have a rich Jewish religious heritage that we should remember and value. Jesus was a Jew, and God chose Jewish men to record our Holy Scriptures. The miracle of Passover is a part of that heritage as well. This year Passover and Easter coincide. As we reflect on the resurrection of Jesus, and the price He paid to redeem us, let us also remember the story of the Exodus of the Jews out of Egypt. That same power is freely available to deliver us out of bondage today. Jesus will part the waters for you, too.
