Or should I say merry Christ Mass?
Mass isn’t just a gathering in a cathedral, but by definition, a purposeful celebration of something. In this case a special mass (celebration) to honor Christ by honoring His birth. And, it is an event worth honoring with a great celebration, indeed!
Let us put all we have into honoring Christ on this day and every day. His birth into this world should help us meditate on His birth in us, His coming to live in us and dwell in us.
He will never leave you or forsake you. This joy, this peace, and this amazing love showered down upon us, is why we gather together, to both remember His coming as a man and to encourage each other about His soon coming again.
