For just as you [hypocritically] judge others [when you are sinful and unrepentant], so will you be judged; and in accordance with your standard of measure [used to pass out judgment], judgment will be measured to you.
Matthew 7:2
It’s so easy to see the flaws in others. The way they choose to do things and how it differs from what we would have done. The mistakes they made and how we feel we would never get into that type of predicament. We allow our pride to interfere and we don’t even see the sin that is right in front of us.
We need to be more spirit-minded and see as Christ sees. Each person is different and has gone through other situations and circumstances that affect how they walk through new and current challenges. All of us need to understand the lessons that we should be learning along the way on order to help us through and into Christ’s Promises. We need to learn to love and encourage instead of judging and complaining. We do not know anyone else’s heart and we certainly have too many of our own “things” to work on. Because of this, we have no business judging someone else.
Let’s dive deeper into Christ and His Word and let Him handle the cares and worries of the world.
