He will never be shaken; The righteous will be remembered forever. He will not fear bad news; His heart is steadfast, trusting [confidently relying on and believing] in the Lord.

Faith is the key that unlocks our heart and mind. Faith opens the door to all that God has for us. It starts with a thought… the still small voice that reaches out at the depths of who we are. Faith is the prodding and pushing so we see with new eyes all that is before us. It’s knowing who we are in Christ and it’s understanding God’s Word and believing He is who He says He is.
We need to dive into God’s Word and realize that it is not just words on paper, but they are God’s words written specifically for us. His words are truth and encouragement to grow us into who we are becoming. This is available for whenever we need a Word from God. See His Word for the simplicity that is meant. As adults, we want to think our way through situations and circumstances, when He shows us how simple it is with just a little faith. This is why it’s so easy for children to grasp, they are not yet corrupted by the thinking of this world.
If God’s Word says it, then we need to believe it and step into knowing that Christ will fulfill every Word that has been written. When we get to this realization, we have stepped over the line of faith and into a new realm where we “KNOW” that God will come through for us. AND, we will never be shaken, we will not fear because we have no doubt that God will meet our needs, because our heart confidently trusts in Christ.
