So we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen; for the things which are visible are temporal [just brief and fleeting], but the things which are invisible are everlasting and imperishable.

2 Corinthians 4:18

Take a big, long, deep breath. Leave all your thoughts about your day and your circumstances from your mind and just be quiet and still a moment. Don’t allow yourself to wander, just soak up the quietness of God’s Presence. This is where you will hear Him more clearly. Don’t concern yourself so much with the happenings of this world… look deeper, look beyond. Give yourself to Christ so that He may use you for His Purposes.

We are Christ’s hands and feet, yet so many forget this and only want to give Him parts of who they are. We were created for a purpose that is beyond what we can see with our eyes. Beyond what we believe we are capable of. We are not the same as we were last year, we are growing because of our circumstances and we are learning how we can be further used by God. Don’t try to figure it all out, we do not have all the pieces to the complete picture.

Continue one step at a time down the path that God has placed you on. When you turn around, you will be surprised at how far you have truly come. But there is still much ahead… don’t lose sight of the goal, stay focused and confident in Christ.
