Too many think they know Jesus, but they know Him in name only. They may even call themselves Christians, but they don’t understand what it truly means. We are meant for more than a passing statement. We are meant for a relationship direct with Jesus as Father… day in and day out conversations.
Many don’t even understand the precious treasure that exists in this relationship. Still others, have lost their joy, their first love with its newness, joy and inspiration. We must not get bogged down by all that is going on around us. Jesus wants us to come to Him and renew our relationship and make it fresh again. His relationship with us is far more than we can think and it will surely surpass any lottery winning.
Don’t forget who Jesus is and what He is offering us. We have the greatest opportunity of all. To live as a child of the Most High God. To live with privilege, authority and all things that come with being part of a royal family. We are co-heirs with Christ, and we have the greatest treasure of all time. So it’s time that we start realizing who we are.
