Therefore know [without any doubt] and understand that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who is keeping His covenant and His [steadfast] loving kindness to a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.
Deuteronomy 7:9
God’s Word is faithful and true all of the time, not just sometimes and only for some certain people. All of the time and for both you and I. Christ is the Almighty God and He keeps His Word and promises. We cannot just hope for something or a situation to change. We need to approach Christ and believe. The answer is to move our hope into another plane so that it becomes believing. Then we need to allow our believing to move into knowing that Christ will. This is faith.
Faith does not stop when we feel that we have waited long enough. Faith keeps pressing forward and doesn’t give up. It sees it through until the end and does not end when the time limit that we created in our mind comes and goes. Faith continues on knowing that Christ is faithful and will handle the situation and circumstance in a different way than our mind could have thought up.
Christ has no limitations, and His Vision expands far beyond the present and the past into realms that we cannot even fathom. He will answer and follow through with His promises, but He doesn’t always come in the way we plan or expect. We need to stay the course and press in … fight through on our knees.
