God is absolutely the same all the time. He says I change. So right here, right now, in whatever you’re facing, God is as big as He’s going to get for you. The Lord began to talk to me about the fact that I absolutely have to center on that, and that has to become my default button.
God, aren’t you aware of what’s going on down here? Don’t you know what’s happening down here?
God’s saying, don’t be anxious or concerned. Don’t be afraid. It’s like saying to us, don’t breathe, to say don’t be anxious, but God’s Word, written under the unction of the Holy Spirit says, do not be anxious.
Be careful for absolutely nothing but in everything with prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known… this is your default button. Do not be upset, do not worry.
Don’t walk in agreement with worry. “I’m asking you Father,” which is prayer. Prayer is a conversation, I’m asking you Father, in the name of Jesus, that You show me what I need to do and I thank You now for that answer. Prayer and thanksgiving.
I learned, that when I left peace, I left grace.
Think about that. When I left peace, I left grace. I didn’t recognize what the problem was, but I knew there was a problem. If God had not just sort of jerked me up, I probably would still be in that mess today.
I wouldn’t tell you I’m worried because I wouldn’t have thought, I was worried. I would’ve said, I’m a little concerned about this. This is a little bit of a problem. And on the inside, I’m thinking, what am I gonna do? What am I gonna do? Where am I going to go? How do I fix this? What do I do? You hear the, I. What do I, what do I?
We have a Savior and a Master and a Father who will take care of us and hide us in the cleft of that rock, protected. We need to come in agreement that God is awesome right here, right now. He is powerful right here, right now, regardless of what is happening. He is God.
God is as big as He’s ever going be. Right here, right now. And you need to be saying that out of your mouth when you run into these situations. Whatever it happens to be with your situation, when you’re running a little financially short, you need to say, Father, I know you’re right here, right now, and I just thank you that you’ve got this. Thank you. I thank you. Just acknowledge that peace. Acknowledge that Peace.
