“Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into y our lap a good measure-pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.”

You may think that you don’t have enough to give, but there is always something. A gift comes in many forms. Sometimes a gift is not what you would have thought… It is a warm genuine smile for someone who seems to go unnoticed. It is kind words for someone who is hurting. And it is words of encouragement to someone who may be struggling with life’s circumstances. You may wonder what you have to give… but just be who God created you to be and listen to Him when He speaks to you. Don’t be afraid or concerned to give the little bit you do have. God has already promised that He is more than enough and that He will take care of you. So Trust in Christ, trust that He is faithful to His Word and believe that He is following through at the right and perfect time.
