For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above -spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].
Ephesians 2:10
Why do we doubt who Christ has called us to be? We gradually took steps that led us away from what we once knew that Christ chose for us. Now we look back and wonder if we heard from Christ correctly. We did hear Him. We allow too often the enemy to distract us to the point we question that which we once knew with certainty. That’s how the enemy works. And, if we keep doubting and not stepping into what we know to be truth, we allow the enemy to win.
Don’t be distracted, and don’t doubt any longer. It’s not too late to do the thing that Christ has asked of us. Let the past be the past and step into Christ’s Future for you. Until we do, we will keep being reminded of it. We are Christ’s workmanship, created, transformed and ready to be used. Forgive yourself, Christ has long since forgiven us. We are prepared, now it’s time to step out into that path that Christ has set before us. He has prepared the way, now it’s our time to walk in it.
