Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace].

James 1:2-3

We must remember and know how much Jesus loves us. There is nothing that He wouldn’t do for us, and nothing that He would withhold from us. Every moment of everyday, He is right here with us. However, we must make a conscience effort to be mindful of Him and we must listen. There are many other voices biding for our focus and time. We must be at attention at all times.

The enemy doesn’t have any new tactics, just the same old ones. And, if something worked in the past, we can be most certain that he will attempt to use this once again against us. Know this in advance and be aware. Then we will recognize the enemy when he shows his hand, and we can thwart his plans once again.

When we are doing the work of the Lord, and we are in obedience with Him, the enemy will be relentless because his aim is to stop us. Keep pressing in, and consider it joy. These trials are producing endurance and maturity. Jesus loves seeing our growth through these circumstances… as we grow into who He has always intended us to be.
