The Bible says, as He is, so are we. It doesn’t say we will be. Did you read that? As He is, so are we in this world. That’s you. You need to do what I’m starting to do. I’m looking at myself in the mirror, and I am saying, You are Christ in the flesh, in this earth, and you will make a difference. You are Christ in the earth, and you will make a difference.
If you will begin to say that, you’ll begin to believe it. Until you begin to believe that, there’s no motivation to begin renewing your mind to that by reading the Word. How important it is that we all embrace this and move over into the fullness of the Godhead that’s already been given.
For His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness, through true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.
2 Peter 1:3
It says, according as His divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of Him that has called us to glory and virtue. Divine power has been given to us, everything we need for life, everything we need for godliness.
According to the knowledge of Him that we have. That goes back to renewing your mind, reading your Bible, doing what it says. That’s basically what that means. We have already been given everything we need. Nothing’s missing. Absolutely nothing. When we are reaching out to God, for the things that we want in life, we need to understand exactly what belongs to us.
Once we understand what belongs to us, then we don’t have to second guess whether or not He’ll give it to us. We don’t have to second guess that. He said it. He’s never lied. He has never lied. So if there is something in the Word that He says you can have, that’s the power to heal, the power to deliver, the power to raise the dead.
BELIEVE IT!
