So we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen; for the things which are visible are temporal [just brief and fleeting], but the things which are invisible are everlasting and imperishable.

2 Corinthians 4:18

Everyone wants more money and some think that this will solve all of their problems. But, ask yourself, why do you want this money? Have you been faithful with what God has given you? Are you obedient to what God asks and are you using your talents for God’s Kingdom? Jesus does not want us to look to the money, but to Him. He alone is the one who satisfies our soul.

Money itself is not evil, but if you are not faithful with what you have right now, how can you be trusted with more? Jesus wants you to come closer and see His heart. Don’t keep your money, talents and skills to yourself. He has given them to you for a purpose. So, get involved and come even closer to Jesus.

Spending you money on things won’t make you feel better in the long run. Spend time with Jesus and let Him show you all that He has planned for you. When you learn tot manage well what you have now, He will grow and expand you. It is at this point when you will truly understand the lessons Jesus has taught you and you will not hold back that which He gives you.
